We’ll send you an sms when your order’s ready to collect. Products that need to be transferred from another location or bikes that need to be built may take up to 5 business days to be ready for collection. Smaller items that are in-stock will be ready for collection within 4 business hours from the time of placing your order. Depending on our stock on hand at each location and your product selection, you'll be given your estimated pickup time frame. Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method at the chosen pickup location. Please note that Home Delivery Service is only available for orders that include bulky goods such as bikes, indoor trainers, baby seats, car racks and scooters within selected postcodes within the Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and Geelong Regions for a delivery fee ranging from $25 - $50. Please note we are unable to ship selected bike brands, we are currently only able to ship Jamis, Eastern, Cruzee, Globber & Torker bikes.
